The Whole Idea Here at Organic Forces
The whole idea here at Organic Forces is to make the world a better place to live for all its inhabitants by Building a Sustainable Society. The concept was first proposed by Lester Brown in his book Building a Sustainable Society. It is an idealistic notion, ,but nonetheless one of essential and necessary possibilities. Sustainability has evolved a range of distorted and inappropriately applied terms., none as powerful or as applicable as the original meaning of preservation of biodiversity and prevention of extinctions. Some of us are not so naïve as to think our species has not had a role in the demise of others. Our individual behavior and actions may not directly result in extinctions of species, but our collective and societal footprint does, and for that reason our individual ecological (carbon) footprint matters, and that is something we can all do something about by reducing it to a sustainable level.
The idea here at Organic Forces is to empower those who do live consciously with these concepts, impacts and limits in mind. For that reason we seek relationships, associations, and involvement with like minded people, entities and organizations.
